Hello, i had placed an order with salore for a dress. This was my second time because they delivered the garment first time with a wrong dupatta and bottom of course. I was foolish to order again for inr 8750 in feb 2017. Navodita failed to deliver and it was decided they would refund. They refunded 3000 after much begging., but for rest they keep asking for a weeks time. Its like a torture. Where can i lodge an fir as i want my balance money inr 5750. Please help.
