Hello:

I am Rima Saxena. I am basically from UP & live and work in WB for 6 years. I worked in Wipro BPO as Call Center Executive (BPO) for 4 years. I got an interview call from JobHai site for Teleperformance BPO Call Center in Salt Lake (Godrej Waterside - Near IEM) today.

I was screened by HR - Moumita Biswas. She screened me out and rejected my job application saying that I live outside zone of operation of the BPO as I live in Garia zone and I need to have CAB facility on my own expenses to come for night shift from 9PM - 6 AM or relocate to Salt Lake or New Town - Rajarhat on my own expenses. Average monthly rent in Salt lake Kolkata is INR 8, 000. Average monthly rent in Rajarhat - New Town is 10K. Salary provided for CHAT Support is 10K - 14K. So how can I afford to this call??

Please raise an issue/case against Teleperformance BPO Kolkata and immediately sack HR Recruiter - Moumita Biswas by raising Police Diary.
