Sam India — delay in possession

For the last 6 months builder says there is a delay in occupancy certificate by the authority. This is unacceptable, i am sure builder has constructed something against the rules. Everyone is so pissed off due to this. It's not possible to pay emi and rent together. I booked a flat thinking that this builder has a good reputation but they are worst. I will directly lodge a case with ncdrc within 1 month if possession is further delayed.
