[Resolved]  Samadhan, Civil Contractor, Developer And Promoter, Owner Name: Bhairab Karmakar — Builder Supporting the illegal Occupants and asking 3.5 Lakhs for the Sale Deed which i could collect due to some personal problems

This complaint is for a property owned by me in Kolkata Address. Flat No.1, Ground Floor, Niribili Apartment, Ragunathepore, P.S Rajarhat, Kolkata - 700059. I failed to collect the Sale Deed(Dalil) due to an ongoing medical problem and death of my previous wife in the year 2005 till 2007. I have allowed the in-laws family to stay at home from 2004 assuming that they will vacate the house once their kids are grown up and settled. Now i have heard the current residents who have illegal possession to my home with the help of Builder(SAMADHAN, Civil Contractor, Developer and Promoter, Owner Name: Bhairab Karmakar, No. [protected]) from whom i purchased this flat are trying to create counterfeit document of Sale Deed(Dalil). I had an ongoing loan for the same property from HDFC(Loan Account No.[protected]. I want to clear the Loan but forseeing the danger i have stopped paying the EMIs. Please Help.
