My name is Rishabh Tiwari, i am a student of D EL ED 2019 batch .i have filled all the information correctly on my scholarship form . i have got 89% marks in second semester exam . and also attached my marksheet copy with the scholarship form. my form has verified by the bank and District welfare officer . but my my form current status is showing due to less than 30% marks form is blocked .

please sir help me . i borrowed money for paying my college fee. my father is a farmer . please help me sir .please
