Fraud Company and refund money
I applied my pancard in the pancard.com customer code A4483407 and paid Rs.399 but i did not submit the application and documents. i want my amount refund.I think they are fraud and cheater. IT Cell should take action against such cheater. I request kindly help me in this regard.
