I wish to lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorized loan that has been reported in my CIBIL/credit report. I have never applied for, accepted, or received any loan from the concerned lender. However, the loan account is being reflected in my credit report with overdue outstanding dues, which has adversely affected my CIBIL score.
I request you to thoroughly investigate this matter and verify the authenticity of the loan account. If the loan was opened fraudulently or due to an error, kindly remove the incorrect loan entry from my credit report, update all relevant records, and restore my CIBIL score accordingly.
I also request that you provide me with copies of all documents related to this alleged loan, including:
Loan application form
KYC documents used
Loan agreement/sanction letter
Disbursement details
Bank account into which the loan amount was credited
Repayment schedule and transaction history
Since I have never availed this loan, I request that no recovery action be initiated against me until the matter is fully investigated and resolved.
