Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Vishal Vasnatrao Patil, am a investor in society Sampark Agro Multistate Co Operative Society Ltd. I am writing to formally register my complaint regarding the following:

Amount Invested: ₹85, 000/-
Date of Investment: 27 March 2019
Scheme/Plan Name: Fixed Deposit
Date of Maturity: 27 March 2022
Nature of Complaint:
Despite the maturity date having passed on 27 March 2022, I have not received my principal amount along with the promised returns/interest. I have attempted to contact the society's office and representatives on multiple occasions [mention dates if possible], but have received no satisfactory response. I have also found that the corporate office appears to be closed/unreachable.
Request:
I request you to release my matured amount of ₹1, 10, 500/- Till 27 March 2022 + Intrest till date along with applicable interest within 15 days of receipt of this letter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this matter to:
The Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India
The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Maharashtra Police
The Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum
I am attaching copies of my investment receipt, passbook, and any correspondence as supporting documents.
