Sampuran Yatra Pvt Ltd and its agent Mr Naveen Kumar is a big fraud. We booked Ladakh tour package with specific hotels and camps and even paid 21000 in advance. But after promising that they will hold hotels and camps as we mentioned. They didn't book any of our hotels and camps. We paid them 15 days in advance but they keep on saying don't worry everything is fine. I have Mr Naveen Kumar chats as an evidence. Now we have to leave for Ladakh 2 days later, but they are neither picking our calls nor they are replying to our messages. Please delist the company as they are a big fraud.
