We booked a tour package for Ladakh from Sampuran Yatra pvt ltd and our agent is Mr Naveen Kumar. He and his company is a big fraud. They took money in advance after that they didn't pick our calls neither send us any coupons or info about our tour. Mr Naveen told us that he will hold all our hotels and camps once we paid him advance but he didn't do so. I even have evidence for that through my chats. I told him specifically that we need these hotels and camps only but now they after taking advance and 4 days before our travel when I called him, he told me that he won't be giving us that hotel which he promised before we paid him advance. Now they are not picking our calls neither replying our messages. I want this company and agents to be debarred and I also want refund of 21000
