This travel agency staff misbehave with public, who call for querys,
I had called for enquiring about rameshwaram tour package through online n i got a call back from a lady naned kirti gupta, she was clearly told details that we would take it ex madhrai n she says ok n after 3 hours sends me a itineary form chennai, n calls n says i had sent u pls check n tell, next day she enquires about it n i say to her wht u made it from chennai she says she felt its better from chennai, n says she would resend it from madhrai n sends it to me on 16.6.23 at 5 pm n calls n inforns the same, n i say i will go through n get back, on 17.6.23 morning 11 am she calls n i was busy being saturday couldnt answer her n next she send whats msgs n again she calls at 12.30 n i was still busy so couldnt answer her, n next she calls at 5.20 pm n i pick up n convey to her i havent gone through her itineary n will di that n get back n she keeps insisting to doit n i was busy so cut her call n she responds to it in whats up n says i have closed u r query n thank u, i ask her y u sent it from chennai when asked from madhrai, she gets abusive n says shut up u called n enquired i didnt come to u r home, u came to me, she keeps on grinning about it n says dont waste time .if the company so great to have such people at there desk shouldnt they be some courtesy for clients, she feels all are free like her to respond at her will .
