My name is ms prashant mohite, i work in seepz, i would also want to file complaint against "madhukar suryawanshi, samyak niwas haq sangh, bhim foundation, mumbai". I have had booked 1bhk flat at malad malvani charch, mumbai with initial booking amount. Rs.1, 50, 000/- by cheque no.189176, 053170 dated 28/11/2011 drawn on hdfc bk & syndicate bank respectively and the second installment amounting to rs.1, 50, 000/_ by cheque no.286288, 012460 & 000010 dated 1/02/2014 drawn on bharat coop bank, bank of baroda, & hdfc bank respectively which is already paid by cheque in favour of “samyak niwas hakka sangh" on demand and on promised to give ownership of flat within two year but said project is not completed yet. Now i get information that the registered office which is situated in bmc compound, parel was closed. So that i m shocked. Almost, 5 yrs passed. What can i do now? I tried to follow up of my money. I have also passbook of the credit society monthly deposit we deposited almost rs.30, 000/_ i request you to please take necessary action against mr. Madhukar suryawanshi, samyak niwas hakka sangh.
I can provide you all necessary documents and payment receipt in this subject. Please give us justice and our money back.

We have from pune total 1200 people have been invested money in to Samyak Hakka sangh Bhim foundation for House at Lohagaon, pune.
I have paid Rs 50000/- as a booking amount and Rs 58000/- is deposited in there Samyak Co-operative credit society ltd bank at Khadkee Pune from Nov 2011 to December 2013 duration.
I have registered complaint in District consumer court Pune. Got order also against Kalam 27 for warrant against Mr Madhukar Suryawanshi. All procedure have been completed with Police station. But till date they could not caught him by Government and Police department? it is very sad and shameful,
I have invested my money for house, i am single earning money, it is very difficult to survive. I am very frusted, in this country People are cheated by somebody and Government and police department helpless.
Total 1200 people are there not, out of only 40% file the cases in consumer court but still 60% people did not file the case against Mr Madhukar Choudhary, they have still hope there will be come out any solution by the Builder or active people who is trying to find out solution.
My request is anybody can do something for poor people like us.
Who have time or retired person can also suggest what to do exactly, we all people are working, could not concentrate properly.
This project was for Poor people and affordable prices. like 3, 5, and 7 lac only in the year 2010.
