Our family gave work to this interior designer named Samyuktha through reference from a relative.At first she claimed to have done a lot of projects.But later we realised she is highly inexperienced and lacks the basic skills of this field. She will collect installments but will not deliver the material and delay the work purposefully.When we questioned about delay of work she says to give more money when she didn't even bring the material or have done the work for previously paid money.
1)She doesn't have respect for middle class clients
2) Her only goal is to overshoot budget with unnecessary and unapproved designs.She doesn't even tell the client that she's doing extra things and they will extra money ..she won't take approval and when asked will quote lakhs of rupees.
3)Very unprofessional behaviour clearly due to inexperience
4)A big fraud, no office, not many clients also

1. First they have visited our model villa. That time itself we have given our office visiting card. You may not been known. Kindly check with your father.
So they liked our model villa work and they told us to visit there site and we visited.
2. We have taken the measurements and stated the designing work has per there requirements without taking single rupee of advance.
3. After designing is done from our end we have shown to this client. Infact they liked our designs
*Note* : our misstake was we have done extra designs for there reference.
3. We have given agreement papers to them. They have read that agreement papers more than 10 times and they have done signature on agreement papers.
I.e as per the designs and requirements the quotation might be vary. Any new works or deviation from the quotation like sizes and materials used will be changed .
4. We started the project and carpentry work is going good. One day we got call from head carpenter that he is going to village but there workers will be working on site. Again we got call from head carpenter after reached village. He said he can't come for 15 days because his wife had done suicide. On site his brother is working. He told I should also go to village. The project was delayed for 5 to 10 days but we have completed almost 75 to 80 percentage of work on site.
5. Client use to come everyday to there site and check everything.
Then they use to tell carpenter to do some extra designs which is searched by her daughter from net. And which is not mentioned that measurements in the quotation.
5. First As per the measurements we have given them 14 lakhs quotation but they have increased there measurements.
6. So we asked extra money for extra measurements and they have not released that 14 lakhs amount also according to our payment shedule.
7. Material used on site is Century plywood, century block boards and veneers. At the time of veneer selections client have choosen very costly veneers. Each veneer was costed around 12k to 16k.
8. Client was selected costly products. So costing went high.
9. We have huge respect towards on our clients. We will not see client is rich or middle class. We respect our clients. We do projects in 5 to 6 lakhs also it based on clients requirements.
10. Kindly don't do nagative promotions.

She and her cousin fooled us saying they have lot of experience in this field and started in this field in 2014.
My dear people whoever are looking to get the work from Samyuktha for your Interiors please stop the work immediately as we have suffered a lot by giving the contract to her.

We have suffered mentally, financially everything.
We have purchased our dream home and wanted beautiful Interiors.
We do have an idea about Interiors but we did not want to give it to Carpenter & the work done because the finished house would not be as beautiful as a Interior design do. This was the reason that we have searched a lot of Interiors but everything was out of our budget. They were charging double amount. Our budget was 15 lakhs. This is the time samyutha entered and she said she will finish the project in 15 Lakhs in 3 months of time but later she convinced us to use Vineer & Acrylic material for our wardrobes and the total cost has increased to 21 Lakhs.
She convinced us saying that we are doing at cos to cost as model Villa so that she can get more projects in our community, we believed her.
She doesn't come to the site never checks if the workers are doing right job or not.
In total we have given 17 Lakhs to her and she did not finish the project even after 9 months. We had a lot of struggles with her, she was not finishing the project and finally we have asked her to move.
We have come to a position to leave our dream home completely and had moved to a different house. It is just because of her. My Husband got pissed off and he lost interest in our house.
My 10 years dream of own house was gone ONLY because OF HER.
I totally went in depression. My money lost and Interiors lost.
We have decided to complete the Interiors and sell. We were double charged again as all the rooms cubbrads were left half half.
Whatever she promised she never delivered She said factory finished doors but it was done manually and there are lot of bubbles in acrylic sheets. Each sheet was costing above 7k. We could not even do anything for the bule on acrylic laminate because it is a plastic and also there are huge gapes between door to door. Very very unprofessional way of doing work.
After giving the project to her we have seen how the hell looks like.
She might reply to this message but please dont believe her.
If anyone wants to give project to her please see the work done in my house and you can give. Please dont waste your time and money, both are precious.
