I am writing to file a consumer complaint regarding my mother's matured investment through your firm. The investment of Rs. 5000/- was made on 27/05/1999, and it matured on 27/04/2005 with an expected amount of Rs. 10, 000/-.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue locally, our branch(Margao Goa India) is permanently closed, and transportation challenges prevent my mother from visiting the main branch(Panaji Goa India). Considering the extended period since maturity, we are concerned about potential accumulated interest.
We kindly request your assistance in facilitating the release of the matured amount of Rs. 10, 000/- along with any accrued interest. Your prompt intervention and guidance in this matter would be highly appreciated.
