I am manohar g lalwani. I had invested through in sanchayani saving & investment ltd vide endowment certificate no.[protected] dt. 09/04/1996. Maturity date 09/04/2001 for rs. 20, 000/- plus guaranteed bonus of rs. 4000/-. Accordingly after completion of all installment of rd regularly i had submitted original rd certificate along with last installment on 09/03/2001. Office of sanchayani saving & investment ltd at kalyan, 1050, sadguru darshan, 4th floor, new prabhadevi road, dist bombay 401501 had given me acknowledgement receipt.
