I had invested Rs.9000/- in Sanchayani Savings Investment company.my Sanchayani Savings investment certificate no. [protected] . but as now company is closed, N C Banerjee & Co is giving refund of amount as per court order. In year 2019, N.C. Banerjee & CO had sent me cheque of Rs.2250/- as second installment on[protected].
I have received your cheque on[protected] of Rs.2250/- dated[protected] bearing cheque No.398314 for my Sanchayani Savings Investment. On cheque Sanchayani have mentioned name as Avadhut Vitthal Kasar but my surname on Aadhaar card and Bank account is Avdhut Vitthal Yandekasar.
So I had returned this cheque to NC banerjee company on 06-02-20.Kindly confirm receipt of the same and kindly send me cheque by name 'Avdhut Vitthal Yandekasar' or transfer funds via NEFT as soon as possible,
Also I have sent you registered Affidavit as requested by you via telephonic conversation, I have sent the original affidavit to you via registered post on 07-03-20 which was delivered to you on 11-03-20 bearing tracking no. RM[protected]IN.
