Hello; W.r.t above subject my purchased order no.: AB1168593 which was rcvd on[protected] had not yet been replaced.What is this service provided by you??? Immediately on[protected] I called ur customer care after several attempts and reported him that Sun Glasses with case cover was found broken.( Refer an attached photo)And at that time he assured that it will be replaced with new one within 10-12 days and dont use any of the items in that Comb Pack as all Pack will be replaced with new one. Note : Plz check on ur system for tracking the status with reference to my Mobile Number: +91 [protected] But after 10-12 days also I dont rcvd any thing so again after several attempts I got another customer care and she assured that I will recieve it on urgent basis within 3 days. But till todays date I had not rcvd replacement combo pack ( Revamp Combo of Watch Wallet Card Holder amp etc). Just tell me one thing are u really going to replace it or not??? Or just making customer fool of themself. B'coz ur Customer care never pick up call on time neither they bother to callback again.For this I have waste the money for my call which will cost more than ur Combo Pack Cost.So whats the use by buying any stuff from u. I[censored] are really a professional Online Shopping Company then u will try to sort out this issue within 3 days. Appreciated ur quick and postive response.
