Very Bad experience. Please look into it. Hardly dissaponted, went to movie with my friend and bought vip ticket for today's show ticket no 094751 at 6:35 pm but was given ticket of 9:20 pm due to ticket counter person fault. was interrupted from watching movie in between fr 20 - 3o minutes and later on staff misbehaved without any fault of mine. Movie watched with misbehaviour and interrupption of 30 minutes. Kindly look into it . Hardly dissapointed after purcahsing VIP ticket if have to deal with such behaviour.. wrong deduction of balance
