This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on January 2023, of Rs. 15000 via Google pay
The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (Bank of Baroda) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.
After so many follow-ups with the BOB bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.
Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
Beneficiary Account No. : [protected]
Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000
After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.
Please help me in getting my money back into my BANK OF BARODA bank account.
