Sangam Apartment — SEWER RUNNING OVERFLOW

i am a resident of 9/22 SANGAM APARTMENT SECTOR-3 RAJENDER NAGAR SAHIBABAD For Past 1 month the sewer outside the apartment gate is running and making a bad smell all around. There is also sewer water blockage all on the road. Complaint is made several times but no action is yet been taken, Kindly draw your attention towards this problem.
