Iphone was purchased on 19th april in kelambakkam sangeetha branch. Sales man said swipe the credit card and get cash back of 8k and you can repay the credit card money fully in 10 days. He also said it is 0% interest.
After 2 days of purchase, i could see interest and gst applied as additional cost in my credit card statement. Is this not a fraud approach to do sales by hiding /manipulating information.
When we checked with another store, they clearly mentioned you cannot repay in 10days, you have to wait for refund for 3 months and you have to wait for full pre-closure for 3 months. Again wrong communication by the sales man. I will report this in consumer court as well in a formal complaint if it is not resolved in 10days. Was this information helpful? |
