He was staying in my house as a rental. He was a very nice person in nature & as per our agreement, he was handing over the rent to me in the first week of every month.
I heartily respect you people for serving our nation and ultimately serving us as well.
I had an amount of 2 months as advance with me also. But as a plan not to give the last month rent, he requested me to adjust the two month advance in the last two months. I agreed as a respect to him. But he stayed for another extra one month after completion of two months & not paid the rent of last month.
Requested 100 times through whatsapp messages, but in vain. Though I don't want to complain against him, I am compelled at last.
I am working in a steel plant as SENIOR DGM - OPERATION & MAINTENANCE in a reputed steel plant in Durgapur.
I will be grateful to you if you will convince him to hand over my one month rent.
