Sanjay — Loss of net recharge and mobile balance

i recharged for internet of rs97 for 3g ...400mb[jan10]..i got a message ..ur services will be activated [6.18]...i open my data transfer...messages come, net works...my talktime of rs 35-40 balance becomes nil...i get message again...frpm 52811 ur request could not be processed...pls try later..we regret incovienience [jan10, 6:18]..in gallery they say call 198...callin 198...no one picks or is busy...jan 11 i recharge for rs 150 talktime...after that my balance from 150 becomes 84 bcz of net..i close my net...jan12 i get message...ur data..services will be registered shortly...2more days i try 198 customer service...same busy...jan 15i finally talk with custmer service...the guy says..we have not received any request from this number...after sometime checking on net he says he has request...u hold on...holdin on for sometime...no response..i call again...198...this guy says u have used ur 400mb ...so stupid reply...i regular used 123-1gb...my 1GB never get finished...this ur customer service guy says its finished...
