On date 16/8/2024, I booked Sanjay travels for going Amravati to Pune via Redbus. The bus was rated Primo and 4.5 on Redbus application. The bus driver stopped in the middle of Samruddhi highway at 2:30 am at night and asked us to board another bus. We thought that another bus had enough seats for accommodation. The other Saini bus didn’t even have enough seats vacant. We were asked to seat 3-4 people on a sleeper seat. On resistance, the attendant were asking people to get out of the bus on the road and started abusing. It was pathetic experience. Never booking this travels again and I don’t trust Redbus application anymore. Was this information helpful? |
