Sanjivanibc.com — payment refund and my phone not received

My name is nand kishore sunariya, i got the call from sanjivanibc team member. They told me, you want to open new customer services point of any at village level.. They told me, only 15200 for open the customer services point, i have completed the registration and paid the amount, then again called me, he told you will paid 50000 for open setttlement account and you have provide the 100000 limit to do transcation of your customer, i had paid only 50000, then he told me our company provide the 50000 limit for you.. Then again call me, told me 61200 for 5 years agreement with company..
Then i told him, refund my payment and do not want any customer services point. I have already mail for refund payment but sanjivanibc team member do not pick my call..
