The C wing of Runwal pride is illegal . The BMC approved four lfats one aach floor whereas the builder and the flat owners were merged two flats into one flat of bigger size illegally. The flats are two is evident as the flat purchasers and builder have entered into two seperate agreements identifiying two seperate flats in the schedule. The BMC is aware of this and refused to provide the OC. It is unlikely that the OC will be given. The C WING may be demolished as ordered by the Bombay HIgh court and upheld by Supreme court in the case of Campa Cola Buildings. BUYERS BE AWARE AND AVOID BUYING C WING OF RUNWAL PRIDE FLATS.
