Hi i have worked in this company for the past 1 year, they got 1 lakh as a security deposit from each employee and telling them they will return in the bond period of 18 months.For the 1st 2 months they gave salary for us, after that we didn't get salary for next 7 months and there were no projects in the company, if anyone ask about this they will be immediately fired.1 lakh will not be refunded, office starts at 9 from that there is no break timings, directly we wil go lunch by 2:30 only, so now one cant ask anything, at last only we came to know that they wont repeat that security deposit, its a new way of cheating, they are focusing on village people ony, because they dont have support to fight against them, atlast they will ask us to sign some pappers and relieve from the company, final settlement they wil give 30, 000 to 40, 000. Even sow many of them file a complaint against this company, but no use they gave money to the police, so please take any action on the company, every year 300 students life were destroyed because of this company, we came out of the company 6 months ago, but till now we didnt get any job .because in that company there were no client project we were sitting idle in the company.because of this company our future spoiled, atleast from now onwards save other students life.please dont allow this type of company.
