Firstly, the order took more than mentioned days for delivery.
Secondly, the order was short of one item (a kaftan) .
Thirdly, despite of putting the order for a pickup the item hasn't been picked up and is pending since 23 July. Have to constantly remind them at every step. It was harassment and disgraceful. Was this information helpful? |
