I have lodged complaint on 02.03.18. I received ref no=c[protected]. But almost two months over from their side no necessary action has been taken so far. I am suffering. After purchasing the aircooler sansui it has been demaged 2 times with in 1 year. So far they have not taken necessary action. Company service email [protected]@vgmail.in.
