I installed a lift in 2017 in the name of santanu sarkar of 267a/1 taramoni ghat road, kolkata-41 m:[protected]. Mr.Mrinmoy patra came 1st week of july to resolve the issue of interruption.The issue was not resolved as we are expeeriencing the same interruption over and over again.On 21 st july, he was called again to resolve the same problem, next day he came and said that it was happened due to switching off oa a mecanical device.Unfortunately we have suffered 15 days a lot of problem due to his ignorance and irresponsibility.I several time called him but he refused me and just text me talk to mr.Saurav kr.Das.Therefore i request u to talk that person and take necessary steps.
