A branch of sanya diagnostics in netaji subhash chandra bosh medical college named "mp mri & ct scan centre" we went there for ct scan of our patient named bati jain first they said ct scan can be done there at that time only and charged us full amount of 4125rs.in cash.. Then they told us to wait... After waiting for nearly 2.5 hours when we enquired about the delay they told us the ct scan machine at there facility just stopped working due to some technical problem and we have to go to jabalpur hospital for ct scan... But on further survey we came to know that the machine was not functionable from last 4-5 days and still they charged us and told us to wait and then told us to go to there other facility refusing refund... The same incident happened to other patient next day... Means that was there pattern to loot patients.. I request that a strict action should be taken against them Was this information helpful? |
