I had placed an order and paid for the same via KFC website on March 9, 2022 via PayTM. The order was not fulfilled or registered in their system, despite making the payment. I have written them multiple times with payment screenshot via email ([protected]@@sapphirefoods.in), since then it has been 12 days but no response.
