Saptagiri Grameena Bank — Incorrect bank account details was updated in my passbook

I was supposed to get 33, 000/- form an insurance company and that was credited to the account number which was reflected in the passbook and the same was credited. When I checked with the bank they said there is a mistake in the account number they manually entered in the book. Because of then, I lost 33, 000/- from an insuenarce company. Kinldy do needfull
