On 11.12.2020, i made an online transfer of my exam fee Rs 2270 through TNOU website by choosing Indian Bank netbanking facility, but the transaction failed along with the debit of the exam fee, When I approached the concerned branch, they asked to write a complaint letter along with details, which I did, also mailed the same to the branch again as there is no re credit, I have been told that they created a complaint ticket, (2 times) which got closed by citing details not adequate. I have given all details, whatever I had. So far no reply, adding to the woes, their Mobile App indoasis is also not responding, they told me to track the ticket status in indoasis, waste of time after standing several hours in branch, please advise whom should we approach further in this regard Was this information helpful? |
