SARADA INDANE S, HOOGHLY, PIN-712612ERVICE, CODE NO[protected], P.O-SRIPUR — Cancellation of my booking gas

I Susmita Sarkar a non andhar customer of Sarada Indane Service, my consumer no is 12453. I had booked a gas on 26/12/14, my booking no is 291906. I received Cash memo no [protected] on 27/01/15. But I did not get gas till now. Today when I call my dealer they said that my booking is cancelled on 01/02/15. They did not say the exact reason behind the cancellation. They told me to book another gas and meet our manager some MR Banerjee. Today I am trying to book another gas but they say that gas is already booked on 26/12/14. My first and second cylinder already finished. 38 days already passed. It is more than 35 days to get a gas after booking. It is impossible for me to manage without any gas.I want to know the reason of cancellation after issuing the cash memo.Please take necessary action as early as possible.
