Saraf — Damaged Product

Ordered a Dining table Set on 9 Jan, 2024 (Order #INSF[protected], Received damaged product on 31 Jan, 2024 . Filled complaint on 1 Feb, 2024, was told that technician would visit within 48 Hrs... It has been a month... even after lots of emails and phone calls nobody tuned up. The issue is yet to be resolved.
