I am extremely disappointed with the service experience related to my order (Tracking ID:[protected]. For the last two days, I have been repeatedly calling your customer support, yet I have received nothing but apologies, excuses, and vague timelines-without any clear resolution.
This reflects a highly unprofessional approach and an inefficient support system, which is unacceptable for a company of Amazon’s scale. The product has been in my city for days, yet there is still no clarity on delivery.
Kindly confirm immediately whether the order will be delivered without further delay. If not, please cancel it and initiate a full refund.
This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with Amazon, and I sincerely hope you take corrective action to improve your processes and customer service.
