Sarai Kale Khan Rto Office Dl-06 (central Delhi) — Non-Issuance of International Driving Permit on Time

I had applied for an International Driving Permit for Brazil and uploaded all the necessary documents for the same on 21 Dec 2024. The application was submitted online and the Parivahan site stated there is no requirement to visit RTO Sarai Kale Khan as it is contactless. I have paid the necessary fees and every document like passport/ visa etc. I have reached Brazil and my application is still pending for scrutiny at the RTO for 1 month. I have emailed the Parivahan helpline and called their customer care but customer care and helpline are not helping. My application form no. [protected]. I am literally feeling like i should have paid the agent 6500/- Rs and got my IDP.
