My car was picked up by the above mentioned car scraping company under 15 year old car scraping policy vide bearing no DBA 1316
their was no intimation or notice .
they picked up from outside my house
When after so much of hussle we have reached their scrape warehouse, it was located in ghaziabad .
Why the scraping company of ghaziabad is allowed to pick up cars from delhi, are they runnung undert any nexes and magfia .
Finally when we went their, they were all third grade staff andf all of them are non cooprative .
We have submitted all relevent documents pwrtaining to my car and they promised to refund the mount in 3 months and post that they will scrape and submit the engine no and chasssic no to me along with refund amount .
they picked up my car on 7-6-2023 and today is[protected].
even after end no of calls and 2-3 visited their is no response and on top of it they scraped my car also .
II HAVE SENTIMENTAL VALUES WITH THAT CAR AS THAT WAS MY FIRST CAR AND ALSDO IT WAS THE WHICH CREATED AUTOMOBILE TURNAROUND IN INDIA
IT WAS 1985 MARUTI JAPANSES MODEL AND I WANTE TO RETAIN IT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE .
HOW CAN THEY PICK IT UP WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION AND ADVANCE NLOTICE .
I HAVE AMPLE PARKING SPACE IN MY PRIVATE PLACE .
THEY TOLD ME THAT FIRST THEY REIMBURSE ME SCRAPE VALUE, SUBMIT ENGINE NO AND CHASSIS NO AND THEN THEY SCRAPE IT BUT THEY HAVE SCRAPPED MY CAR AND HAVENT REIMBURSED ANY AMOUNT TILL DATE .
I BELIEVE THEY ARE RUNNING A SPARE PART RACKET BCOZ WHEN I WENT THEIR, MANY OF HIS EMPLOYEES STARTED OFFERING PARTS TO ME FOER MY CARS AND BIKES .
WHAN A ORGANISED NEXUS THEY ARE RUNNING,
I WOULD LIKE TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT OF FRAUD AGAIST THEY COMPANY AND ALSO ON EMOTIONAL GROUND FOR PLAYING WITH MY SENTIMENTS AND FEELINGA FOR DISTROYING MY FIRST CAR,
