This is formal complaint against Sarala Housing PVT LT-35QV+5H4, Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600101 regarding the significant delay and unsatisfactory service experienced in the registration of our land, Plot No. 128, Balagi Nagar, Sriperumbadur. We have diligently paid our EMIs for 7 years without any missed payments. Despite this, and despite paying the registration fee of Rs. 45, 000 as requested, the registration of our land has not been completed. We are deeply disappointed by the prolonged fraud, especially considering that the company have held our funds for over 12 years. The constant excuses provided are unacceptable and have caused us considerable distress. We demanded a prompt resolution to this matter and expected a swift response to this complaint, but no response from the company .
