I bought a property from sarala housing in 2011, paid full amount in 2016 thru emi, but not ready to register

I am Madhan. Same as here, I have done all payment including the registration fee. After the payment he is not responding me.
Payment done before 2 years back.
I'm and another people going to raise a complaint in commissioner office.
If someone want to raise a compliant, please contact me [protected] and [protected].
Altogether we will raise, then only the compliant will be storng.
