Dear all,
I have booked 2 plots near oragdam (palnallur). Started my EMI in september 2011 and completed it in 2018. I have been asked to pay registration fees and DTCP conversion charges. I have paid Rs145000/-.
Almost 4 years have passed and still I didn't find any plots being registered in that. Every time when we call the Director, he hesitates to pick up the call or forward to the reception. In reception every week we find new staff are employed and they ask the history from the beginning and will reply that they will inform their boss and he will call back you.
If they are not able to process the land registration, they should genuinely return the paid amount @ 12% interest (RD for 8 years/FD for 5 years as on September 2022 ).
Our money is hard-earned, it was used by them and they generated revenue @>36%.
If the administration is not properly answering then, we will be forced to move legal action.
We will gather all the victims, who have invested in this project and move for shift action.
Kindly be responsible, since you have been in this business since 2006. Many people have invested in you. Once it comes into the public domain, you may face loss of trust in your business and create adverse effects.
You are testing the patience of the investors. As the director was Ex President of that place,
I feel the directors of SARALA HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED should act meticulously to solve the issue on a warfront basis either plan to return the invested amount with interest or handover the land with proper registration as promised.
Expecting a responsible reply from the board of directors.

We are highly dissatisfied with the way SARALA HOUSING PVT LTD (- 35QV+5H4 ANNA NAGAR WEST, CHENNAI-101) has treated our property over the last four years. We have been chasing Owner Rajendran and his wife all by phone and have been dejectedly pursuing the registration of our Sriperumbudur (PLOT no. 129 Balaji Nagar) instalment land. We paid the EMI for 7 years, partly from our low monthly hard earnings and without missing any of the EMI. After that, last year they asked us to pay Rs. 45, 000 for the registration fee. Despite receiving Rs. 3, 45, 000 in funds, my land has yet to be registered. But they've held our money for over 11 years, and they're still giving us the wrong reasons. Sir, could anybody help us to resolve this issue?
