[Resolved]  Saraswat Co-Operative Bank Ltd — refund pending for bank share certificate and saving a/c balance

I have share certificate of the nashik peoples co-op. Bank ltd at trimbak darwaja branch - nashik alongwith saving a/c balance, later on this bank has been merged in saraswat bank - nashik but till date i have not been updated for my share certificate amount as well as saving a/c balance.
I have made various correspondence with the nashik peoples co-op. Bank ltd as well as saraswat bank at nehru garden (Near yashwabt vyamshala) nashik-city

I have previously lodge the complaint reference no.[protected] addressed to banking ombudsman & mr. Ajay jain (Chief general manager) has shown there inability to refund.
Please look into it as indian citizen has invested in the nashik peoples co-operative bank ltd. Later on that bank is merged in sarswat bank - who's financial condition is very sound then how they refuse to return customers finance. I am having all correspondence document as well as original share certificate inn my custody
Please provide valuable solution to my genuine law ful problem as like me many other customer has also in loss of their money
