Saraswatibai Bishwambarlal Charity Trust — Misuse of the main gate of the building

The small building gate which is a common entry and exit gate for about 25 flats of `B' and `C' Wings is being misused for carrying out illegal construction in the building. There is no security staff at the gate as the two Security Guards for `B' and `C' Wings are sitting and gossiping with each other near the lifts of the two wings or on the footpath adjoining the building. The drivers and servants whom they have befriended were playing in the small compound with the gate closed. Several complaints have been lodged at Malabar Hill Police Station for the illegal activities of the Secretary of Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust and others.
