Sarathi Parivahan App — amount debited but license not received

I have applied for permanent driving license online form submission was done.
License fee of INR 1580 was also paid online.
The amount was immediately debited from my account & payment status was success.

I am attaching payment success screenshot & bank account statement for for your reference. But as per license authority they have not received below mentioned credit.

I tried contacting Bank/license authority/Parvihan customer care no one is ready to take responsibility. being a customer I have already paid the dues but still not getting license.

please help.
