I previously applied for and received a learner’s licence through tgtransport.net while residing in Telangana. Recently, tgtransport.net was merged into the central Sarathi Parivahan portal. Since the migration, I have been unable to book a slot to take my driving test. When I attempt to book, the system displays the message: “Slots are Not Defined for Selected RTO / Please ignore this message and continue from Application Status (OR) check Quota Details from Slot Enquiry option.”
Because of this message I cannot choose or change my preferred RTO/test centre. The portal gives me no option to modify my application details, select an alternate RTO, or proceed with slot booking, since the input fields are disabled. My learner licence (LLR) is due to expire soon, and the current situation leaves me with no way to complete the driving test or renew/extend my LLR.
I request the following actions to be taken urgently:
1. Enable slot booking for my application or define slots for the selected RTO.
2. Allow modification of preferred RTO/test centre so I can book an available slot at another nearby RTO.
3. Provide clear guidance and a timeline for resolving this issue so I do not lose the opportunity to take my test before my LLR expires.
4. If needed, grant a temporary extension to my LLR or allow me to reapply without penalty while the portal issue is resolved. Was this information helpful? |
