Saravana Stores Furniture Showroom Padi — regarding delivery of products

Hi i'm mrs kalpana prakash... We booked a dining set tea paai and wooden sofa set in maxx products last month dec 23rd 2018. The salesman assured me delivery date jan 12th 2019 but still i didn't receive full products of what we have booked... My question is about why there is sooooooo lathaagic behavior by your side and i've followed two three person's regarding this but no one answered me with correct reason of delay... At the time of booking their behavior of assuring is sooooooo different while it is come at the time of delivery... Very worst experience i've came across by your sales and delivery section of maxx product... Because of this delay i've cancelled my visit to native place also... It's toooo ridiculous service and i need correct reply for this... Customer satisfaction is too very worst and we don't have to go another product in your store it seems... I'm wasted my time by talking to your irresponsible people...
