I have submitted all the required documents needed by you for the redemption of my Bond Certificate issued on 7th January 1995.
Name of the bond holder - Kamlesh Saxena( death certificate attached) then it was transferred to Rajeev Saxena.

I regret to inform you that even after a lapse of over 2 years I have not received the redemption amount. I hereby request you to kindly do the needful in the matter and to send the redemption amount to the earliest.
