Hi sir,
My father has purchased 3 bonds ssnnl and has got the allotment letter in the year 1995. Later he received letter from ssnnl exchange of allotment letter for deep discount bond, but my dad has not sent the allotment letter. As per the dates given it says it has been got to maturity. So what is the process for me now to get the bond and withdrawal of it.

Distinctive nos - 316946 to 316948

These are matured on 11th January 2014.
But i did not get money till now..

I have gone through website. I have tried to contact over phone many times. But they did not attend. Whom should i contact now? How can i redeem these??
