Myself SenthilKumar Keerthana, Passport Number: T1079879, I am from Tamilnadu (Trichy) India, I have applied for a diploma course in Food and Beverages and Catering Management in ICAS Training And Education College(ICASTEC) in Singapore
I have paid my course fees in this private consultancy agent Sardius Technologies in Chennai (Tamilnadu).
Due to pandemic situation, I got my student visa from ICA after appeal by March 2021, barcodes and application id got hide, I just got my Fin number from consultancy then after course fee payments and signed in the students contract form, They issue a visa full copy to me, after that I have applied for Entry approval in MOE, Consultancy also applying in safe potral my application id got invalid, I didn't get my entry approval, so I cannot able to enter in the commencement date, Because both the borders are locked, so, no flights, In this critical situation, Institute should be understand the students situation. so I am not able to continue my course, still now I didn't attend any classes, so I applied for a refund, They are saying no refund for this student, please help me to provide my money back, In this situation how can we come in the commencement date which is said by college, Kindly please help me for my refund process.College said that november intake available you can join but I cannot able to join because I have some family personal problems. Please our government should help for me to bringback my money.
Still now I didn't get any fees receipt invoice from college, college doesn't sent me about invoice.
Chennai consultancy (Sardius technology) inform me to pay the course fee with Arvog forex pvt.ltd
I transfer my course fee in my father bank account (RTGS) to Arvog forex pvt.ltd,
Arvog forex only intimate invoice with help of consultancy. I will attach my fees receipt and other relevant documents, please check it sir, hoping for the positive reply.
